Abstract

The crystal structure of the chalcogenide alloys CuZnAlSe$_3$, CuZnGaSe$_3$ and CuZnInSe$_3$, new members of the system I-II-III-VI$_3$, were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction data. All materials crystallize in the tetragonal space group P$_ {\bar{4}}$ 2c (N$^\circ$ 112) with a CuFeInSe$_3$-type structure.
