Propiedades magnéticas y de transporte de sistemas nanocristalinos: conceptos básicos y aplicaciones a sistemas reales
Keywords:
Superparamagnetism, magnetic interactions, giant magnetoresistance, giant Hall effectAbstract
We give an introduction to the magnetic and transport properties of the nanocrystalline systems, starting with the study of superparamagnetism, to follow with the case of ensembles of nanosized particles. We provide some insight to the problem of interacting particles. We study the physical effects caused by the nanoparticles in the transport properties, with emphasis in the Giant Magnetoresistance effect and Giant Hall effect in real systems. Basic concepts and different techniques useful for the study of such systems are reviewed. We include a comprehensive list of references, in order to serve as a guide for interested readers. We show the scientific complexity of these technologically important systems.Downloads
